I though about a way to make the testicles look bigger using neuticles, wich basically done by covering the testicles with neuticles (size by choice, but obviously bigger then the testicle).
If it done surgically, it seems possible to me. The difficult part will be ait bubbles between the neuticle and the testicle, wich can be solve by filling the space with jelly-like material, or even saline is the neuticle is being closed hermitically. What do u guys this? Is that realistic? Can it be done? (Sorry about bad english) |

I googled neuticles. They are solid and designed to replace testes in pets. You might be able to have your testes removed amd large neuticles to replace them.
In a lot of countries something like this would be illegal, even where it is legal I doubt many modification artists would have access to veterinary prosthetics and not all of those would be willing to do such an unusual project. I am not saying that this cannot be done, just that it would be difficult to find anyone to do it. |

Why not get silicone injections to make your scrotum look bigger instead of such an invasive and dangerous surgery?

they can, but I don't see how they could be more dangerous than opening your scrotum and placing silicone shells around your testicles

never said that was a safe option either lol, but the shells if possible, could have more control of shape and such (think subdermal implants and such made by mod artists), or if depending on how extreme maybe talking to a doctor who would perform the surgery maybe the use of a saline breast implant, i dunno just spitballing here lol

true, most people looking for this kind of mod has a really clear vision of the final result they want, i guess silicone injections would go against the natural or more-than-natural look normally desired ('cause no one has a scrotum that looks like an amorphous mass naturally)
the saline idea is seems good, you wouldn't have to encase the testicles completely, only annex something over half or so and fill it up with saline or silicone or whatever but you'd need to do some stretching before reaching "holy shit his balls are huge" size |
