Seems perfectly okay to me. Different people like different things. I've actually seen quite a few guys wear neck corsets.

but on a serious note, piercing is not something that every society has and it changes a lot from society to society, so whatever you consider "masculine" or "feminine" is nothing more than a meaningless social construct with 20 years or less |

Unless you have an epic enough beard to prevent getting it done then there is no reason not to do it. I've seen several guys with neck corsets done.
