Great work Adam.
I so hope that it stays as good as it looks now. V2 was so slow and open to idiots who just wanted to destroy a great community that you have built up here. I, for one, have made lots of great friends on here. Many many thanks for your hard work and dedication to this wonderful world of ours. |

it looks A LOT better and faster and functional than the previous version.
so... good work!!! :) actually considering checking back on here every once in a while now. we'll see on how or if it'll work out, for what it is supposed to be. I know I'm digging up old shit now, but still not a big friend of the "paid content". It is the internet after all, if you know what I'm sayin' On that note: the page where you can choose to be a "supporter" is still in its old design. |

Frag: I'm not a fan of the supporter status side either so I'm open to suggestions on other ways to cover the costs to run the site and / or for people to leave "tips" that appreciate all the work that goes into making the site. Here's the logistics for anyone that has advice: Monthly costs for servers : ~$500 / mo Third party service costs (video rendering / hosting / CDN / etc): ~$100 / mo Support services : $250 / mo Total : ~$850 / mo 3rd party advertising (google / admob / etc): brings in an average of $150 / mo and the site had ads Running ads myself : ~$200 / month and site has ads and I have to work about 10 hours a week selling and making ads Affiliate marketing : ~$50 / mo with all affiliates that I've tried. Selling merchandise : ~$100 month if promoted heavily So please bring me your brainstorms and ideas! Thanks! .: Adam |

The new look is nice but I can't get to my messages or my profile as it is telling me I am not a buddy with myself. What can I do to see myself and my messages?

Adam, or any one else, is there a way to set up your messages so the latest content appears first rather than the oldest. What I mean is if I have been talking to someone by pm for ages, And they have sent me a new message i have to scroll through from the very start of our convo to get to it. Sometimes that works, sometimes I end up not being able to see anything of these messages (this is on an iPhone).
Also I am finding I am only getting notifications of messages (those little red numbers) randomly, not every time I get a new message. I tend to fine these new messages by accident! Anyway, thank for your help. |

Wow its definitely different!!
My only complaint is that the website is extremely slow on my tablet. It took me over an hour to get from the homepage, to this thread, to the second page of this thread. I was going to type a reply but I gave upand tried on my phone instead. Can't wait until I get a laptop and can play around on the site. |
