I have this weird circular thing around my barbell on the bottom of my tongue. I'm scared and i don't know what to do about it. Anyone know what to do about it? Help me please!

Stock barbell? Like the one you were pierced with...? How are you healing this? Is the barbell tight? Do you mess with it alot? When was it pierced? Do you smoke/ drink?
