Many artist actually decry realism as a damage to the industry of tattooing, because, as they claim, the tattoos will degrade faster than traditional tattoos. We don't know yet, but that is neither here nor there to this discussion, and I only mention it to show it's dubious and short lived foothold in tattooingwhat does all this mean? you might have to look for a while
| How about black and gray? And thanks for the responses.

style.... black and grey, traditional, new school, neo traditional,
realism, abstract, tribal, geometric, fineline, Japanese traditional,
Celtic, classic fantasy, anime, pointillism, portraiture, minimalist,
trash polka.. etc..... style of art you are looking for. Not all artist
will work in any given style.... I am sure this was discussed before you gave them money right?

No, actually none of them asked style. But realism for this tattoo. |
If you want realism, there's Nick Baxter in Houston, Jeff Ensminger in Austin, Cheese in San Antonio, and Frank Sanchez in Dallas.
