ok, so i pierced my PA about 2 weeks ago, and i had became intimate one night, now its not healing properly.. what is the best way i can clean it and help it heal quickly, because like probably most other guys.. i love sex. also i pierced my madison yesterday and i have a CBR in, im just wondering if it is a good idea to keep the CBR in or should i use a CBB i dont have ne surface bars to put in it so im improvising. :3

Sea salt rinses! 1/4 teaspoon of non-iodized sea salt in 8 oz (1 cup) of warm water. Just soak the entire piercing for three to five minutes, two times a day. Try to avoid sex a little longer and if you do have sex, barrier protection (like a condom) is highly recommended. We are not accustomed to other peoples bodily fluids. :)

A madison should be pierced with a surface bar. If it was done with a captive bead ring or a curved barbel, it has a very high chance of migration or rejection. I would remove it and have it done properly!
