Me again.... Forgot to mention

If your piercing is still sore try using disolvable paractomol ( about half a tablet ) and hold it in your mouth for as long as you can.
If your still having problems with swelling, when you go to bed use an extra pillow, sleeping with your head up will help more than you think.
But i hope its looking and felling better now.
Much Luck =]

Paractomol or acetaminophen or as most people know it TYLONOL, is a pain and fever reducer. It IS NOT an anti-inflamatory and therefore will not help with swelling and/or irritation. It CAN help with discomfort, but if you are looking for those anti-inflamatory properties, Ibuprofen or Naproxen-Sodium are good choices.

And I know you mean well with your posts but giving bad advice on these forums, when there are people on here more qualified to give good advice, is a bad idea. The forums ARE however a good way to learn new things and pick up on good ideas.

Please dont take this as me busting your balls or trying to be an asshole

I dont see it as that at all =]
but if you read what i put, I said that it would help with the pain.
I then went onto say that sleeping with your head up can help reduce the swelling =]

I wouldnt put advise if i was unsure =]
=] It's 4:20 Somewhere [=

It will take at least 1 month to heal, after that it will be normal, you do not have to worry about it.Don't use vaselline or any type of ointment on it.
