I was wondering what types of plugs to use for the taping method.  I know no flare is an obvious choice but i was curious about screw on tunnels and if it would be fine not wearing the screw on part while stretching (seeing as the tape width would probably be wider then the wearable part).

Cheapest possible plastic crap is what I like. Since the plastic will never be in touch with your skin it's safe to use. I have used the Polyacetal plugs from Wildcat then bondage ribbon to tape them up :)

I found single flares or screw on tunnels worked better for me, I had bullet shaped ones too but the tape slipped on them a lot more than the single flares and screw ones
