I wear a 0 Gage ring in my septum, have been thinking about making it permanent, fixing it so it can not be removed.for some reason I like the idea of not being able to take it out. |

I can not really think of any healthy or safe ways to go about this, but I would think that if you just went about always wearing your metal and not taking it out, kinda the same ordeal? I forget about my septum all the time, along with my tongue ring, fuck, I really haven't changed any of my pieces in a loooong time. *guilty face*. I guess I already think of them as a "part" of me.

it would be easy to fix the ring so it could never be removed.
the ring is two halves kept together by a small screw
so all that would need to be done is a dap of epoxy
or something like that on the screw threads when
putting screw in and that would make the ring
so it could not be removed
added a photo so you can see how ring

Having permanent jewelery, isn't very hygienic, every piercing deserves to be cleaned every so often. |

yes I know that things need to be cleaned
I can spin the ring around and clean that way
as ring is same size all the way around
that is how I usally clean it

I do agree there are some things that would not
be practical about doing that,I'll just leave it in but not
make it non removable

Carrie has a point, you go into a hospital and they are not very happy with the metal... and they will cut that shit out. It's happened to me before.
