The Doctor Who movies were good for their time. Not as good as the show though.

re: Comic Book movies, i just finished watching Watchmen and it's better than i thought it would be. I'm not familiar with the actual comic it's based on, but it's more raw and violent and intellectually stimulating that most. which is good.

Ahh V for Vendetta is a great movie, haven't read the comics yet but they are on my to buy list

V is great, "watchmen" the movie kind of sucked in the end, it has NOTHING to do with the original graphic novel. I had read it many years ago and had high hopes for the movie and how they would pull it off...alas, what could have been brilliant turned out to be average. I now have a special edition to watch which includes the pirate chronicles, might improve things a bit but wont change the fact they butchered the plot
