The election debate is pretty funny, I wont lie I am not a Tory fan but especially not a fan or Cameron, Gordo was a legend, you cant airbrush your Policies Cameron like your Posters.
No matter what way it goes its going to tough, its turning into party politics as we are in shit and will be so for a good number of years. There will be cuts, I accpet this but I will vote for those that secure my education. |

I was a big supporter of labour in '97 (too young to vote). Enthusiastically voted Labour in '01. Voted Lib Dem tactically in '05 to oust the local Tory rep. This year is a struggle for me... being from a north western former mining area I grew up surrounded by people who hated the Tories. As a result, it would feel like going against my nature to vote for them, it is that ingrained in me. However, I am not overly enamoured with Labour now ... I live in a former Labour strong hold now so I probably will vote for them. The only other candidates from the three main parties round here are UKIP (I don't believe in voting for a single issue party) and BNP (yeauch, I find them abhorrent). If another party offered a real alternative I would vote for them, but they simply vote. However, I always will vote as apathy is extremely dangerous.

I thought about voting for Labour as they're the ones who are rooting for the animal rights issues i want addressing (fox hunting, animal testing, battery hens etc) BUT...equally they're the ones rooting for increasing tuition fees at university and I do not believe thats right so i don't know what to do

Higher education is likely to be hit hard whichever party gets in, whether it's in the form of job cuts and place cuts or tuition fees increase. There are going to be massive cuts everywhere. |

I missed it, I was busy working in the studio. I'll watch it online tomorrow before work I guess.
At the moment, I do not feel represented though and I'll probably end up spoiling my paper. |
