Funny story, I was thinking about this today actually. (Not sure why...so dont ask)

First off, I'm an organ donor so there really wouldn't be much of me left for a funeral, and becides, I thought about it, and I'm thinking I would like to be cremated, and have my ashes put into a little jar, or pendant for a necklace or whatnot. (My ex's aunt had that done, and I thought it was an interesting idea, especially when there will be a part of you with those you care about at all times)

Some people may think this is kind've...ick...but I dont see why honestly. Before I am cremated, I would like my body jewelry to be taken out, autoclaved, and given to those of my friends with modifications, so then again, they'd kind've have a piece of me with them at all times.

Just my thought I guess, call me morbid if you'd like, but I'm really not that way, lol.

b/c my ant pile idear really won't happen I am looking into donating my remains to the body farm and I want them to keep my jewelry in.

body farm=place where they let your corpse rot and study how exactly we decompose under different circumstances. I <3 forensics but am not sure with organ donation if body farming me is possible. of course that's assuming any of my organs are useable for donation! I really do enjoy abusing my liver, kidneys and lungs.

id hope my family would keep all my piercing jewellery in a photo frame around a picture of me      kinda like keeping old war medals in a frame next to the photo of the solider. then do whatever with my remains, cremation would be my prefrance. im also an organ donor :-)

fuck, i don't care... throw me in a ditch somewhere...

however, i would like to have my tattooed skin removed and preserved... dunno how legal that would be... but i've got some great art on my skin and it would be a waste to let it just rot away somewhere...

I used to want to be mummified and put on display in the Body Worlds display....but that was many years ago. I think I’d like to be buried with my piercings.

Actually, they use a magnet lol

Now what about jewelery that is non-magnetic like titanium and what not?

Also I'd want all my jewelery kept in and I don't want to be cremated I dunno why cause I'm not sure I even care what happens to my body after I die but I don't want to be burned.

After you use a magnet you go through the ashes with a tool to look for anything else. But anything put in the body surgically would be magnetic. Anything on the outside of the body is written down when the body is prepared by the mortician so you know what has to be taken out after cremation.

Before I die I plan on building a wooden ship.
When I die I will be placed on this wooden ship.
It will be lit on fire
and set off for sail.

Piercings, clothing, whatever in tact.

If there are laws against this
I will either have my friends do it illegally
or just cremate me and throw me in a ditch.
Buried bodies are a waste of space.

Although, I'm sure my friends would much rather enjoy illegally setting loose a burning, Viking ship.

(It's funny, we were just talking about this last week !)

You made me think about this.
surgical steel melts a little above 2,500 degrees Fahrenheit
Bodies can be cremated as high as 2,100.
I think that it might get a bit fucked up.
