i'm an art student so i read about art (also doing a thesis on art and subcultural influences+ lowbrow art). but for fun i read in like 6 minutes inked ink by Kimelberg, about tattoed profesionals, for the thesis i'm reading Highbrow/Lowbrow by Arthur Levine, High Culture and Low Culture by Herbert Gans, Everything that Creeps art from Liz McGrath, Weirdo Deluxe by Matt Dukes Jordan and Pop Surrealism by Robert Williams and others

i recomend everyone of them, the art on pop surrealism and weirdo deluxe is amazing also if you like very creepy art liz mcgrath is amazing...amazing tattoo ideas come from this books!greytongue
