Yes. I let my partner pierce my foreskin and she did an excellent job. She was a little afraid at first, but with some encouragement she was able to give me my first foreskin piercing. im not with anyone at the moment. but i would let em pierce me if they showed interest in piercing and we had been together for awhile. me being a piercer myself i would love to give the pleasure of doing a piercings to my significant other.
im actually surprised i haven't let any of my ex's pierce me yet.

I've never been pierced with anything larger than 14g, but I've gotten a dermal punch and that hurt like hell. My own personal way of dealing with piercing pain is to remember the worst ever pain I've ever been in which was utterly excruitiating. Then I compare the logistics of that experience to being pierced and think well it can't be anywhere near as bad as that and then I'm fine.
