When I did my meatotomy, head split, and even starting my subsision none of them really hurt at all!
As for why I did it? It defiantly is not self harm! I thought about how to do it, and the best way to do it for a long time before I actually did it! Then the challenge of doing it! I think that it sounds like a cool tattoo idea. I would probably break it into sections, because drawing or tattooing the whole thing at once will just be so much work. I'd probably start with an angel on the forearm with clouds raising up above it, and then maybe do something like sunrays casting out from behind the clouds. Then the rays could turn into flames on the upper part of the arm then reach into the chest area. I'd tattoo the phoenix before the flames to get an idea of how it will set up. It would be cool if some of the tail feathers came up over the shoulder and down onto the arm too.
 
My boyfriend does most of my work, so when I want something, we plan it out together. I think everyone who wants custom work should plan the ideas out with the artist. Do research and look at portfolios. You'll know when you have an artist that you can trust. I've also drawn my own tattoos (my hips, and some things on my arm), and tattoos for others. I've never had something drawn then have it tattooed poorly. I think that would be a pretty aweful experience. :(

Well, the paramedics should know the signs of low glucose and after ANY fainting spell they should check blood sugar. So they're just irresponsible. I fainted from malnutrition and exhaustion many years ago and the first thing they checked was my blood sugar (low), then blood pressure (low).

Edit to add this:

Med alert bracelets are generally crap anyways, I got thrown off a horse, broke my jaw/concussion, and my left arm with my med alert bracelet hit the ground (not the jump I fell into) on the other side of the fence, and broke off. I don't need to wear it anymore (I was on MAOI antidepressants ,which need a strict diet)

The paramedics should be able to decipher it. If they miss something as simple as low blood sugar, they don't check, and the person goes into a diabetic coma, they're idiots and should lose their licenses.

Donate blood and you'll find out what your blood type is. You just can't pierce or tattoo your skin for one year. It's not as long as it seems really

edit to clarify: i mean you can't get piercings or tattoos for a year before you give blood. check out blood.co.uk for the rules if your interested :)

mine really wasnt that painful at all and i did it myself, i like how it looks, how it feels it makes things more sensitive and pleasurable during intercourse and i think it makes it look more unique

i also didnt stop at meatotomy though, i id a full head split, working on a full sub and eventually a full genital bisection
