By the way i bought some "natural vitamin E oil (30,000 UI), and sea salt with a grinder built in." Im just want to make sure if this is the right stuff and for the oil i just put like a drop on my ear? and im worried that the sea salt when grinded is too large compared to regular salt, and when you talk about sea salt soaks how fine should the salt be when you put it in water? Thanks for your help and time.

Edited by Dr_Pepper_Sk8r - January/03/2009 at 8:30am

Since you're bigger than 6g, the taping method works best (least damaging to your ears) for stretching. You wrap a layer of teflon tape around the piece, and put it back in. I'm not sure how often you can add another layer, I've heard everything from every day to once a week. Just do a forum search. There's lots of posts about it.

Edited by NightWolf - December/30/2008 at 12:03am
